Welcome to How to Write Good
Yes, we know, we know. It's not how to write good, it's how to write well. Any English major worth his or her weight in thesaurii will not hesitate to make that clear, and the two of us here at How to Write Good are not one, but two English majors, one former writing tutor, and one former composition teacher. Which adds up to four, we know, and we didn't say anything about our math skills.
So we like to write, and we like to help other people write, and this is why we are writing here -- to help you with your writing. Whether you are writing for a class, for your boss, or for yourself, we're working hard provide the advice you need to write well, whatever you write.
We've organized these articles into four general categories of writing:
Academic, for students experienced and beginning
Business, for professionals established and aspiring
Creative, for artists accomplished and developing
Technical, for pencil pushers practiced and preparing
